Artwork Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

The Artwork Team Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the production, coordination, and delivery of visual artwork across projects, ensuring alignment with creative visions, brand guidelines, and deadlines. This position bridges creative teams (artists, designers) and stakeholders (management, clients, production), focusing on efficient workflows in industries such as graphic design, advertising, film, museums, or publishing. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Project Coordination

  : Manage artwork projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.

• Team Management

  : Supervise and mentor junior artists and team members, delegate tasks, and facilitate collaboration between creative staff, management, and external partners like vendors or printers.

• Quality Assurance

  : Review artwork for consistency, quality, and adherence to brand specifications; provide feedback and approve final versions.

• Technical Skills

  : Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), artwork management systems, and basic budgeting software.

• For Specialized Roles

  : In film or production, familiarity with set logistics; in schools, 3+ years of arts teaching experience.
