Artists and Repertoire (A&R) Intern

As a Music Talent Scout at Caartel Music, your role involves actively searching for emerging artists across various genres. You will be responsible for building relationships with lyricists, producers, singers, arrangers, and engineers. Your support to the A&R team will be crucial in creating tracks for managed clients/artists. Your duties include fostering relationships with existing and potential artists, assisting in organizing A&R meetings, maintaining databases, and handling administrative tasks for the smooth operation of the A&R department. Additionally, you will contribute to content curation for retaining clients by researching and analyzing trends for new content ideas. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for project coordination to support artist development plans, promotional activities, release plans, content schedules, and timelines. Your participation in social media efforts will help in building awareness around Caartel Music and its roster within the online music community and listeners.
