Artist Persona & Social Media (Intern)

As an Artist Persona and Social Media Intern at Caartel, you will play a crucial role in building the online presence and brand identity of emerging talents managed by the organization. You will work closely with the Artist Development Lead, contributing to the growth and visibility of artists across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the Artist Development Lead to conceptualize and execute original, on-brand content ideas. - Helping define and evolve the artist persona across Instagram, YouTube, and mainstream media. - Conducting regular trend analysis in different genres and countries to determine the best strategies for the artists you work with. - Researching and curating content ideas related to different genres. - Designing content strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with the artists" sound, vibe, and journey stage. - Creating content calendars, organizing creative assets, and maintaining image consistency of artists across platforms. - Supporting creative brainstorming for campaigns, drops, visual identity, styling, scripts, and content plans for Caartel managed artists and labels. - Managing Social Media for Caartel Music by contributing innovative ideas and thoughts. As the ideal candidate for this position, you should possess: - A creative mindset with a deep understanding of Gen-Z content culture, music, and branding trends. - Strong aesthetic sense and a talent for visual storytelling. - Familiarity with social media formats, especially Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and streaming apps. - Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, creative environment with a high level of self-driven motivation. - Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, short-form video editing, or experience in content creation.
