Role Overview

Generative AI Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement
Generative AI models
for tasks such as text, code, image, and data generation.
Apply
prompt engineering
and fine-tuning techniques to optimize performance of LLMs.
Work with frameworks such as
LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases
.
Build and deploy
ML pipelines
for training, validation, and deployment of GenAI models.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate GenAI solutions into business applications.
Research and stay updated on
emerging GenAI trends, tools, and frameworks
.
Ensure model performance, scalability, and ethical AI practices in deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–8 years
of experience in
AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science
.
2–3 years
of hands-on experience in
Generative AI
.
Strong proficiency in
Python
and ML libraries (
TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
).
Experience with
LLMs
(e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon) and
NLP techniques
.
Familiarity with
vector databases
(Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant).
Strong understanding of
data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
.
Hands-on experience with
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
for AI/ML deployments.
