Artificial Intelligence Intern

• An AI Intern assists in developing, training, and evaluating machine learning models, a role that involves data preprocessing, running experiments, and collaborating with engineering teams. Key responsibilities include data cleaning, model evaluation, assisting with AI/ML solution implementation, and documenting findings. They typically need a background in computer science or a related field and experience with programming languages like Python.

Responsibilities

• Data management: Collect, clean, preprocess, and annotate data for AI model training.

• Model development: Assist with building, training, testing, and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models.

• Implementation: Support the development and implementation of AI solutions, such as chatbots or recommendation engines.

• Research and analysis: Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), research new AI techniques, and stay updated on the latest trends.

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to integrate AI solutions into products.

• Documentation and reporting: Document processes, experiments, and results, and help prepare project reports.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.

Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and techniques.

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and experience with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is often a plus.
