Tasks

Develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms tailored for AI-driven products and solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI technologies into existing software applications, enhancing their capabilities and performance.

Conduct research and experiments on large language models (LLM) and agentic AI systems to push the boundaries of current technological capabilities.

Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to improve data retrieval processes and enhance user interaction with AI systems.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning fields to ensure the company's offerings remain at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a strong emphasis on Large Language Models (LLM) and Agentic AI.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams to drive AI innovation.
