Articled Assistant

As an Articled Assistant (CA / CMA) at VRU & Co in Chennai, you will be joining a reputed firm of Chartered Accountants dedicated to delivering innovative, tech-enabled Business and Tax solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients across Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in audit engagements, financial reporting, and tax return preparation and filing. - Support compliance-related activities and ensure adherence to statutory regulations. - Conduct research on accounting standards, tax laws, and new regulatory updates. - Contribute to the preparation of management and financial reports. - Provide analytical and administrative support to senior team members. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Completion of Intermediate in CA or CMA. - Strong understanding of Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation principles. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and time management skills. - A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
