Job Role – CA Article Assistant

CA Article Assistant

1. Audits & International Taxation

  • Statutory and Tax Audits: Execution of complete statutory audits and 44AB audits.
  • Bank Audits: Direct exposure to specialized bank and branch audits.
  • International Tax: Work related to DTAA, treaty analysis, 15CA/15CB filings, certifications, and transfer pricing.

2. Direct Tax

  • Preparation of income tax returns (ITRs) for various types of assessees.
  • Hands-on experience in tax assessments, including scrutiny and handling departmental replies.

3. Indirect Tax

  • End-to-end GST compliance and reconciliation.
  • GST advisory: Exposure to real-time advisory assignments and impact analysis.

Skills & Eligibility

  • CA Inter / IPCC cleared
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Office
  • Eagerness to learn and work across diverse assignments
