Article Assistant

Role Overview: As a Chartered Accountant (CA) Article Assistant at SHEKAR & CO in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for assisting in statutory, internal, and tax audits. Your role will involve performing audit tests, documenting findings, preparing reports, maintaining accounting records, and reconciling bank statements. Additionally, you will support month-end and year-end closings, prepare and file tax returns, handle tax assessments, research tax issues, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, maintain records, and assist in company secretarial work. Your responsibilities will also include financial analysis, business planning, budgeting, and other administrative tasks as required.
