They are now looking for a GenAI Art Director in Mumbai, India, to lead a team of Gen AI Creators and create exceptional visual solutions for prestigious brands in the beauty, luxury, and premium sectors. **Role Overview:** As a GenAI Art Director at OLIVER, you will be responsible for leading a team of Gen AI Creators and personally crafting high-quality visual solutions for premium brands. You will combine deep design expertise with advanced Gen AI capabilities to drive creativity and innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Direct and inspire Gen AI Creators to deliver high-quality creative solutions - Lead visual development of campaigns using Gen AI tools - Maintain premium brand standards and design excellence - Develop best practices for Gen AI creative production - Mentor and develop Gen AI Creators" skills - Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to advance Gen AI capabilities **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of art direction experience with exposure to premium brands - Proficiency in Gen AI tools and creative applications - Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud - Strong leadership and mentoring skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Access to reliable high-speed internet - Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and occasional travel as needed OLIVER is committed to sustainability and has set ambitious environmental goals.
