Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Art and Craft Teacher at GEMS International School Gurgaon. The Art and Craft Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing creative lesson plans, teaching art and craft techniques, and encouraging students to express themselves through creative mediums. Additional tasks include managing classroom activities, providing student guidance, and collaborating with other educators to promote interdisciplinary learning.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Lesson Planning and designing age-appropriate educational activities
• Strong proficiency in Teaching and Training students in art and craft
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
• Background in Education and familiarity with various curriculum frameworks
• Passion for arts and crafts with creativity and patience to inspire students
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Education, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in a teaching role, especially in arts and crafts, is an advantage
