Art and Craft Teacher

An Art and Craft teacher will be responsible for teaching designing the art system and craft methods to students, developing their creating skills, and preparing them for performances, exams, and school events. The teacher should be passionate about art education, able to work with students of different age groups, and create an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Instruction

Teach art and craft to students from beginner to advanced levels.

Plan and deliver structured creative lessons aligned with school curriculum.

Train students in art skills and craft strategies theory .

Provide individual and group sessions.

Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Performance & Events

Prepare students for school assemblies, cultural programs, competitions, and examinations.

Coordinate and lead school choir/band practice when required.

Lesson Planning & Classroom Management

Develop lesson plans, practice materials, and assessments.

Maintain discipline and create a positive, motivating classroom atmosphere.

Ensure care and maintenance of art and craft materials

Collaboration & Communication

Work with school management for curriculum planning and event coordination.

Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.

Participate in staff meetings and training programs.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Art and craft equivalent certification

Good communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire students.

Preferred Attributes

Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.

Creativity in lesson delivery.

Ability to organize performances and guide student groups.

willing to relocate to Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
