Job Description

QA Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with development and support teams to design and implement QA strategies for SAP Ariba and Oracle ERP applications
Create
Test Plans
,
Test Cases
, and
Test Data
for enhancements, production defects, and new initiatives
Execute
manual and automated testing
, ensuring full coverage of requirements and defect validation
Design and develop QA automation
scripts for web-based enterprise applications
Participate in
issue management and resolution
, from defect identification to closure
Understand and test
REST/SOAP APIs
and complex application integrations
Promote QA
process standardization
through Visa's Test Management Methodology (TMM)
Assist in generating
QA metrics and status reports
for leadership visibility
Collaborate with
onshore/offshore teams
, vendors, and globally deployed staff
Understand application dependencies and define
QA environment/infrastructure
needs
Juggle
multiple projects
and deliverables under competing timelines and shifting priorities

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years
of QA experience
Bachelor's Degree in
Computer Science
,
Engineering
, or related field
QA automation experience with
web-based enterprise applications
(on-prem & cloud)
Experience with
SAP Ariba
and
Oracle ERP
(especially Accounts Receivable module)
Hands-on experience testing
REST and SOAP APIs
Proficiency with
QA and defect management tools
: Client ALM,
JIRA
, etc.
Solid understanding of
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience working in
Agile
and
Test-Driven Development (TDD)
environments
Familiarity with
integration and interface testing
Strong
analytical

Ability to work independently in a
