Job Description

Conduct quality testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and final cement products
Operate laboratory instruments and equipment, including XRF analyzers, to ensure product compliance with quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation of test results, calibrations, and quality audits
Ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols and industry regulations within the cement manufacturing process
Identify and report non-conformities, assisting in root cause analysis and corrective actions
Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality consistency and optimize processes
Perform routine inspections, sampling, and laboratory testing as per standard procedures
