Quality Assurance Executive

Role Overview: As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of fabrics, trims, and garments before and during production. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Inspecting fabrics, trims, and accessories before production. - Conducting in-line and final inspections of garments. - Identifying defects in stitching, measurement, fitting, and finishing. - Maintaining proper quality records and inspection reports. - Supporting the QA team in implementing quality control procedures. - Coordinating with production and merchandising teams for corrective actions. - Assisting in maintaining compliance with company and buyer quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Fresh graduate/diploma in Textile / Fashion / Garment Technology or related field. - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. - Good communication & teamwork skills. - Basic knowledge of garment construction and fabrics (preferred, not mandatory). - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
