Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to drive company revenue by acquiring new clients, selling products or services, and nurturing existing customer relationships. You will be required to generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and market research. Your success will be measured by your ability to negotiate deals, achieve sales targets, and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, social media, networking, and industry events. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and identify further sales opportunities. - Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of products or services tailored to the specific needs of potential customers. - Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contract terms, packages, and agreements to secure sales and achieve revenue goals. - Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify trends, and stay ahead of the competition. - Target Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM tools. - Collaboration: Work with other departments such as marketing and customer support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience. Qualification Required: - Communication Skills: Essential for effectively presenting, negotiating, and building rapport with clients. - Negotiation Skills: Crucial for reaching agreements that benefit both the client and the company. - Customer Service Skills: Ability to listen to customer needs and provide solutions and support. - Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of the company's products or services is necessary to advise clients effectively. - Sales Acumen: Proficiency in sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals. - Organizational Skills: To manage multiple clients, tasks, and sales activities effectively.,
