Area SV Sales Coordination (6B) - Delhi

Overall, in this role, your main responsibility is to ensure the highest level of quality in all customer interactions, being customer-oriented, and adding value for customers and Hapag-Lloyd. You will support Sales Executives by handling various sales tasks, such as following up on ongoing and new business with customers, preparing and sending rate quotations, and monitoring quotations and customer performance. Additionally, you will provide clear handover information to Customer Service and Operations teams, assist in problem-solving related to customer issues, update CRM with customer calls and rate offers, coordinate with Sales Support on bids and tenders for local customers, and handle vessel follow-ups and daily booking coordination. You will also be responsible for updating market rates feedback in FIS, assisting the SSP team with unrated shipments and AF closure for invoicing issues, and aiding in the resolution of revenue-related disputes. To qualify for this position, you should have a University degree or equivalent, possess a good command of written and spoken English, and have a working knowledge of MS Office. It is essential to work well with others, follow guidelines, maintain a positive attitude, and have FIS knowledge.
