You'll Make a Difference By:

  • Driving Business Growth:

    Managing and expanding the service business within assigned accounts, and generating new business by targeting and acquiring new customers in the market.
  • Building Relationships:

    Quickly learning and adapting to Siemens Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) solutions, ensuring that the service offerings meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Coordination & Negotiation:

    Collaborating with various internal teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that customer expectations are met while achieving company goals.
  • Multitasking & Prioritization:

    Managing multiple customer accounts and sales activities effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Working within a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to team goals and supporting colleagues in achieving shared objectives.

Your Success is Grounded In:

  • Domain Expertise:

    Strong knowledge and understanding of Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) and related solutions.
  • Sales & Customer Relationship Skills:

    Proven experience in

    Service Sales

    Strong business planning, coordination, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth.
