Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned area
  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers
  • Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market
  • Execute sales and promotional plans as per company guidelines
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective territory coverage
  • Collect market intelligence and customer feedback
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance
  • Train and support distributor sales staff when required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in field sales (industry-specific experience is an advantage)
  • Valid driving license (for field-based roles)
