Area Sales Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across the Agra territory for bakery and confectionery products.
• Visit bakeries, café chains, restaurants, sweet shops, hotels, and industrial kitchens for product promotion.
• Generate leads, onboard new clients, and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure product awareness—premixes, chocolates, flavors, edible decor items, colors, tools, etc.
• Conduct product demos and provide technical support when needed.
• Coordinate with distributors and ensure stock availability at distributor points.
• Take daily orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
• Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activity.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, food events, and product sampling.
• Maintain daily sales reports, collection tracking, and submit MIS on time.
• Handle route planning and efficiently manage field travel within the Agra region.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG/FMCD/Bakery sales (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of the Agra local market
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Sales Reports)
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
• Graduation mandatory (MBA preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
