Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Appoint, develop, and manage distributors; drive market expansion and profitability
Achieve primary & secondary sales targets; forecast sales and track KPIs
Expand presence across GT, MT, B2B & HoReCa channels
Ensure product visibility, placement, and cold-chain compliance
Execute promotions, manage claims, minimize RTV
Track competition and coordinate with Marketing & Supply Chain teams

Requirements

Experience in Frozen/Chilled/Perishable (Non-Veg preferred) products
Strong distributor & retailer network in the region
Solid knowledge of cold-chain distribution
Strong execution, negotiation, and communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively
