Individual contributor role. Identify and develop business from dealers and dispensing agents to gain sizeable market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors to drive business growth. Expand market presence and ensure consistent growth in sales and territory coverage. Regularly provide market intelligence including cost, competition, and other dynamics. Execute strategies in coordination with the Head Office to address market challenges. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets including Revenue, ASP, Collection, and DSO.
