Job Title: Sales Manager Industry: Fertilisers & Pesticides Preferred Candidate: Male Education: B.Sc. in Agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture Experience: Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience in the Fertilisers and Pesticides industry Job Location: Bagalkot Belagavi Bijapur (Vijayapura), Karnataka CTC: 1.80 Lakhs to 3.50 Lakhs per annum Note: Incentives and International Holidays will be provided additionally based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks in the assigned territory Promote and sell fertilisers and pesticides to farmers and agri-retailers Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Conduct field demonstrations and farmer meetings Provide after-sales support and technical guidance to clients Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the regional manager Required Skills: Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and agrochemicals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in rural/agricultural areas Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions Perks & Benefits: Attractive Incentives Performance-Based International Travel Opportunities
