Position

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management
: Appoint and manage vendors to ensure product availability, service quality, and timely fulfillment across HORECA clients in Chennai.
Distributor Management
: Oversee distributor operations including stock planning, claim settlement, ROI analysis, and sales tracking.
Client Servicing
: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, and Caterers to ensure consistent order flow and long-term business.
Achievement of Sales Targets
: Ensure primary and secondary sales targets are met by effective territory planning and client management.
Reporting & Documentation
: Submit detailed sales reports, competitor insights, and monthly reviews to the management team.
Asset Management
: Maintain and track all company-owned assets like branding collaterals, crockery, dispensers, and POSMs at client sites.
Territory Growth
: Expand the brands presence in Chennais HORECA segment through proactive business development.
Cross-functional Coordination
: Liaise with the logistics, accounts, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Sound knowledge of the Chennai HORECA landscape
Ability to drive premium product placements and brand visibility
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Fluent in Tamil, Hindi and English

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in selling premium beverage or crockery products in the HORECA segment
Chennai-based or well-versed with the city's hospitality ecosystem
Target-oriented with a passion for hospitality and premium client servicing
