Job Description

Position

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management
: Identify, appoint, and manage vendors to ensure timely supply and effective service across HORECA clients.
Distributor Management
: Handle distributor appointment, stock replenishment, payment cycles, ROI tracking, and secondary sales planning.
Client Servicing
: Build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafs, and catering partners to drive repeat business and long-term contracts.
Achievement of Primary & Secondary Sales Targets
: Plan and execute strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Reporting & Documentation
: Submit sales reports, market intelligence, beat plans, and competitor activity summaries in a timely manner.
Asset Management
: Monitor and maintain company assets like branding materials, dispensers, crockery, etc., at client locations.
Market Expansion
: Identify new HORECA opportunities in the Ahmedabad territory and drive penetration.
Team Collaboration
: Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless operations.

Skills Required:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of the HORECA segment
Proficient in Excel, PPT, and CRM tools
Self-driven with strong territory knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven track record in handling premium food/beverage or crockery products in the HORECA segment
Locally based or well-acquainted with the Ahmedabad market
Passion for hospitality and premium customer engagement
