Job Title: Deputy Manager-Manager , Professional Lighting Sales _ Jammu _Branch Job Description: Segment Vertical Public & Infra ( B2G) Preferably . Positions : 1 Nos. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Expertise: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven experience in B2G (Lighting Division /Building Segment Vertical only) sales to drive revenue growth and establish strong business relationships. 2. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value of Havells' electrical and electronics products to all Stakeholders in Business Value Chain. 3. Independent Contributor Role :Should have Proven Track Record of Independently Managing an Assigned Territory & Exhibits leadership abilities by managing and motivating Channel sales team to achieve and exceed targets. 4. Industry Network: Utilize his existing network to foster connections with B2G (Govt. & PSUs) End Customers, Architects, Electrical Consultants, PMCs , Electrical & EPC Contractors, & CPs. 5. Team Player : Should be a Constructive Team Player & Believe in Fostering Cohesive Working . 6.
