Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Office Management & Operations Supervise housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness of entire office premises. Supervise security team to ensure proper material and IN/OUT and also ensure various safety measures. Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee procurement of various categories. Preparation of PO/STO for various office materials. 2. Staff Supervision & Coordination Oversee administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and housekeeping. Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure smooth workflow. Conduct training for housekeeping and security team on various fire and safety measures. Address employee concerns related to office facilities and administration. 3. Vendor & Facility Management Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, Security Equipment, Tea/coffee machine, Pest Control Services, Waste management, Parking arrangement of vehicle, housekeeping, and security services. Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor compliance with agreements. Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades. Liaison with Police, Fire and various Govt Deptt. 4. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations. Conduct periodic office inspections and report hazards. Implement security measures in collaboration with Security agency and security teams. 5. Administrative Support Prepare reports, budgets, and administrative documentation. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and official communications. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree. 15+ years of experience in administrative supervisory capacity. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Perks and benefits
