Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth channel operations.
Monitor team performance, analyze sales metrics, and provide actionable feedback to support continuous improvement.

Experience Required:

8-10 years of experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
Minimum 2 years of experience in people/team management.
Proven experience in selling products to corporate hospitals.
