Area Sales Manager-Two Wheeler Finance-Sales

You will be responsible for the Two Wheeler (TW) channel business in your region. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and achieving the overall budgeted targets for the TW channel business. It will be your responsibility to plan and coordinate activities through your sales team effectively. You will need to liaise with cross-functional teams to recruit and onboard personnel for all product lines in the region. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in training and motivating team members, as well as supervising and guiding their performance. Your role will also involve overseeing the cross-selling of all products within the region, monitoring budget achievements, and preparing forecasts to ensure the business's success. To excel in this position, you should have a working knowledge of various product lines, particularly TW channels of the loan, and any secured lending financial products such as home loans or personal loans. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members and other stakeholders. Your ability to handle a team effectively and gather market intelligence for the specified region will be critical for success in this role. Previous exposure in a similar industry and experience with secured lending asset products like Home Finance, Personal Loan, or Educational Loan will be advantageous. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of work experience, with at least 4 years in team handling roles.
