Area Sales Manager - TN (Textile)

The Area Sales Manager for Dhoti and Shirt Collection will play a key role in leading a team of Field Marketing Executives. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance, training, and task assignments to ensure the team's success. You will oversee brand promotion activities at various events, exhibitions, and cultural festivals to drive brand awareness and increase sales. Building strong relationships with retailers and distributors will be crucial in managing stock levels and promotions for the Dhoti and Shirt collections. Additionally, planning and executing field events such as pop-up stores and fashion shows to showcase the collection will be part of your role. Customer engagement activities, including gathering feedback and promoting loyalty programs, will also fall under your purview. You will be expected to support sales efforts through direct engagement and lead generation, while also conducting market research to stay informed about competitors and trends. Increasing brand visibility through local campaigns, influencer partnerships, and distribution of promotional materials will be vital for success in this role. Regular reporting on team performance and activities, along with suggesting strategy improvements, will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in field marketing. Additionally, 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the fashion or traditional attire industry, will be preferred. Strong leadership, communication, event management, and market research skills are essential, along with a passion for traditional wear and knowledge of Dhoti and Shirt collections.
