Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential dealers, distributors, and end-customers to promote Statcon Powtech’s solar solutions
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to educate clients about our offerings
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to help refine sales strategy and product development
  • Coordinate with internal departments including after-sales service, logistics, and production to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships and repeat business
  • Utilize mobile and digital tools (e.g., WhatsApp, email, CRM) to manage leads and communication effectively
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in solar energy, power electronics, or allied sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and build a regional sales network
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital marketing practices
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
