As an Area Sales Manager in the solar industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the dealer and distributor network.You will focus on developing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with EPC companies, solar installers, and dealers, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires strategic planning, effective team management, and participation in marketing initiatives, such as industry events and exhibitions.
ü Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the designated area.
ü Identify new business opportunities in the solar market and develop relationships with new dealers and distributors.
ü Identify potential clients and conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and offer solutions.
ü Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network to drive channel sales and B2B opportunities.
ü Generate leads through cold calling, online inquiries, and networking to maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
ü Conduct regular visits to EPC companies, solar installers, and dealers to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
ü Generate sales quotes, proposals, and oversee the entire sales process.
ü Collect required documents and payments from clients.
ü Set and achieve monthly sales targets in alignment with organizational goals.
ü Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new industry developments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
