Job Description

HVLS Fans

The location for this position is in Delhi-NCR with Remote Working. The position reports to the National Sales Head HVLS Fans.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Set and achieve quarterly revenue targets for the region.
  2. Will be responsible for developing key relationships with HVAC Consultants, Contractors, Architects, Manufacturing, Warehousing companies and increase wallet share.
  3. Will be responsible for developing sales strategies for account penetration.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

  • Proven experience of atleast 8-10 years in B2C sales Project selling, preferably in the Industrial Selling sector, focusing on HVAC Sales through Consultants, Contractors, Manufacturing, Warehousing organizations.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Previous experience working with multinational companies is highly desirable.
  • Experience in starting sales from grounds up is desirable.

Education:

  • B.Tech / BE / Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).

Skills:

  • Understanding of HVAC Sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, allowing for effective handling of multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving processes and root cause analysis.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi language.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required (estimated annual travel of 50%).
  • Comfortable with working at heights, as necessary for site visits.
  • Possession of a valid passport and willingness to travel internationally, including to the USA /Europe for trainings, conferences, etc.
  • Possession of a car for travel is an added advantage.
