Job Description You will be responsible for driving sustained profitable growth in the assigned key account/accounts, aligned with organizational strategy to ensure long term success. Your responsibilities will include: - Acquiring a holistic understanding of key customers" needs and mapping customer organization at all levels to get desired insights. - Driving opportunities to improve profitability. - Utilizing SKF key account management process/tools to achieve annual growth & margin targets. - Identifying the right opportunities with the customer account to develop and deliver value-based offers for a win-win outcome. - Serving as a primary business contact for the customer and ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Nurturing strategic relationships with senior management at key accounts to become a long-term trusted partner to the customer. Metrics for success in this role will include: - Revenue & Margin Achievements - New Business Bookings - Wallet share improvements - Customer Ratings (Objective and Subjective) - OM Improvement Key competencies required for this role: - Business Acumen and Financial Knowledge - Domain Knowledge (Product / Segment) - Market and Customer Orientation - Interpersonal Relationships - Negotiation Skills Candidate Profile You should have 3-8 years of experience in handling Automotive OEM customers for the West and South regions, specifically in Pune. The qualification required is a BE in Mechanical (Automotive or Production) (Full time) and an MBA in Marketing.
