Implement effective marketing strategies to promote SunScope's products and services.
Sales Initiation and Promotion:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential clients.
Team Building and Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
Marketing and MIS:
Utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) for effective decision-making.
Implement and manage marketing campaigns.
Track and report on sales and marketing metrics.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Stay updated with UP state regulations related to the solar industry.
