Key Objective of the Job:
To drive Rural Individual Loan business sales and achieving business deliverables.
Major Deliverables:
. Ensuring onboarding of quality customers for rural individual loans product . Managing team and ensuring appropriate client identification and sourcing of rural individual loan customers . Ensuring adoption of digital solutions for sourcing and collection by Individual loan officers in the team . Enabling business growth across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach . To ensure achievement of disbursement targets and achieving desired productivity numbers . Responsible for maintaining expected collection efficiency and ensuring minimum delinquency . Build strong client relationships both internally and externally to facilitate target achievement through team . Achieving highest First Time Right (FTR) . Constantly engaging in learning and development programs to upskill the team that is being managed . Adherence to product, process, and policies of the company.
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline
