Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow

    OEM sales

    with automotive manufacturers / Tier-1 / Tier-2 customers
  • Handle

    aftermarket sales

    through distributors and channel partners
  • Develop new OEM accounts and aftermarket customers
  • Achieve primary & secondary sales targets and ensure timely payment collections
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) for smooth order execution
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Drive brand visibility through market visits, promotions, and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Experience in

    automotive components / spare parts manufacturing

  • Exposure to

    OEM sales is mandatory

    ; aftermarket experience preferred
  • Strong skills in channel management, key account handling, and negotiations
  • Willing to travel extensively within the territory
  • Good communication in Hindi, English, and local language
