Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to oversee pharmaceutical sales operations within the assigned territory. The role involves managing sales executives/medical representatives, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales executives/medical representatives.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned area.
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, medical stores, distributors, and Super distributor
• Plan and execute area-wise sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Business (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 2 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
