Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join Vincos and lead our sales initiatives across key districts in Kerala . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing business through channel partners, distributors, and retail networks. Key Responsibilities: Drive primary and secondary sales targets for assigned territory Appoint, train, and manage distributors, stockists, and dealers Ensure effective coverage of retail outlets through field sales executives (FSEs/SOs) Execute trade marketing activities, schemes, and promotions Monitor and improve sales KPIs like beat coverage, order frequency, and product mix Conduct market mapping and competitor tracking Ensure timely stock replenishment and distributor ROI management Submit regular sales reports , forecasts, and territory insights to Regional Sales Manager Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of sales officers or representatives Collaborate with supply chain and accounts to resolve field-level issues Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) 3–6 years of proven experience in channel sales , preferably in lubricants , FMCG , auto spares , or consumer durables Strong network and local market knowledge of Kerala Ability to manage and develop distributor infrastructure Proficient in MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills Willingness to travel extensively across assigned districts Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Work Location: In person
