Job Title- Business Development Manager

Reports to – Sales Manager

Based at -Ventilia UPVC Technocrats Pvt Ltd, Indore MP.

Product- UPVC Window Hardware

Location- Indore Nearby areas.

Job Purpose -

Manage the field sales team to identify and develop large scale.

Overall responsibility of Sales, Developing Sales Force, Achieving Sales Targets, developing strong Independent Leaders at branch level, conducting events planning, control and evaluate periodic targets.

· Candidate if from (UPVC-doors and windows Industry) will be an added advantage Or from relevant industry like Building material(Tiles, Paints, Sanitory-Hardware/Plywood/Aluminum-doors& windows, glass industry, Ceramics)

Job Duties –

An Asst Sales Manager usually performs many of the following tasks:

· Develop network and having good contact and relations with Architectures,Builders,Dealers,Business Associates etc.

· Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products.

· Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.

· Tour Savy- Ready to Travel atleast 15 to 20 days to branch location and charge up and take reports from sales executives present in desired location and set up market base over there.

· Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

· Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.

· Developing sales strategies and setting targets.

· Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.

· Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

· Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

· Develop, implement and maintain monthly sales tracking systems such as sales reports.

· Responsible for service the existing customers & new market development.

· Maintain customers and their competitor’s strength weaknesses opportunities threat profile.

· Managing multi tasking work profile such as Project hunting, searching new contacts etc.

· Active on Collection of revenue from clients.

· Helps in finding right potential candidates for sales and helps in building a strong team.

· Energetic Have an aggressive attitude towards sales and team building and driving them towards their sales target.

· Max age limit should be 35 years. Dynamic and presentable.

Skills -

Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance management, Building Relationships, Excellent Communication Skills, Results driven, Sales Planning, and Managing Profit.

Salary bracket upto- Max 20K Take Home, petrol allowance +incentives +mobile+ Tour allowances will be extra.
