Key Responsibilities: - Ensure primary sales align with forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. - Manage distribution channels and cultivate new accounts, with a focus on taste (flavour) development. - Maintain distributor inventory levels in accordance with end customer demands. - Expand significantly into rural markets to support geographic growth, with a particular emphasis on Rajasthan. - Meet bottom line targets by managing product mix effectively. - Plan and review monthly forecasts. - Manage pipelines for new product development. - Handle collection and account reconciliation processes. - Conduct market benchmarking of both competitor and Kerry products. - Foster strong customer relationships. - Present product portfolios and participate in roadshows. - Attend bakery workshops and trade shows. Qualifications And Skills: - Graduation in Food Technology, Hotel Management, or Management. - MBA or specialized/additional diploma in Culinary or Bakery is preferred. - Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Food Ingredients. - Essential geographical knowledge and fluency in the local language. - Strong technical and functional understanding of Food Ingredients. - Analytical and data-oriented mindset. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Strong market orientation.
