Area Sales Manager Integrated Business

You will be part of a leading taste and nutrition company in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, partnering with customers to create healthier, tastier, and more sustainable products for billions of consumers worldwide. Your role will involve: - Ensuring primary sales align with forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. - Managing distribution channels and developing new accounts with a focus on taste (flavour) development. - Monitoring inventory levels at distributor level to meet end customer requirements. - Expanding into rural markets, particularly in Rajasthan, to support geographical expansion efforts. - Maintaining bottom line targets by managing product mix effectively. - Planning and reviewing monthly forecasts, managing new product development pipelines, and handling collection and account reconciliation. - Conducting market benchmarking of competition and Kerry products, building customer relationships, and presenting product portfolios at road shows and bakery workshops. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Graduation in Food Technology, Hotel Management, or Management. - MBA or specialization in a relevant field, along with an additional diploma in Culinary or Bakery. - Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Food Ingredients. - Geographical knowledge and fluency in the local language are essential. - Strong technical and functional understanding of Food Ingredients. - Analytical and data-oriented mindset. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Market-oriented approach to drive business growth.,
