This role manages Home Loans business in an Area / City / State and achieves assigned targets through his / her Sales team of minimum 8 Sales Managers and 72 Sales Executive from the channels being managed in the given Area / City / State.
1. To manage a team of 8 Sales managers right from recruitment, training and sourcing home loans business. Also, ensure that each Sales Manager in turn hires 9 Sales Executives
2. To achieve Home Loans targets for the designated area / branches / channels (internal and external) by driving the team towards the productivity benchmark.
3. To ensure the Sales Managers achieve Insurance, CASA, credit cards cross-sell targets month on month there by achieving the targets assigned for the entire area managed by the Area Sales Manager.
4. To ensure continuous engagement with the channels internal - Branches, Virtual Channels, Corporate etc. and external - DSA, Connectors and provide support to the channels to achieve their individual targets.
5. To ensure processing of files within prescribed TAT.
