Role Summary:

Key Responsibility:

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting volume/revenue targets, network sufficiency, local marketing, Digital marketing (Dealer/ Local), and managing the Dealer sales team in the region.

  • Understanding of sales processes

  • Dealership Management/query management

  • Product Knowledge

  • Knowledge of TPM

  • Market Intelligence

  • Knowledge of NPS

  • Competition Tracking

  • Network development

  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

  • Sales Training

  • Local Digital Activation

  • Channel management, Manpower management - Top priority

  • Continuously raise the bar

  • Ensure results with speed & Meet customer expectations.


Core Requirements (Must Haves)

  • Good Pedigree: Graduate in any discipline (business graduates preferred but not mandatory).

  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of sales experience.

  • Strong sales acumen: Target driven, proven track record of enterprise sales as an individual contributor.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability in sales planning, dealer development, and network expansion.
