Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Build and manage a strong sales funnel for residential plot sales through various lead generation channels, including local partnerships, referrals, and on-ground networking
Own the entire sales cycle, from lead acquisition to site visits to final closure - ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction
Identify and implement multiple lead generation strategies to build a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline
Conduct regular market mapping to identify growth opportunities, competitor activities, and market demand trends
Drive targeted campaigns and follow-ups to maximize qualified lead conversion
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing, documentation, and post-sale support
Provide periodic sales reports and performance insights to management

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar domain.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Good local market knowledge.
Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
Own a vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred).
Fluency in English, Hindi, and a local language (Telgu).
Availability to work 6 days a week (including weekends).
