Area Sales Manager-Jorhat

The Area Field Manager role at Ferrero offers a dynamic working environment with a broad scope of responsibility. You will also be responsible for directing the customer approach and management, ensuring the application of Category and Trade Marketing policies, exploring development generators on customers, and monitoring sales trends and conditions. In this role, you will recruit, manage, motivate, coach, and develop your own team. Collaboration with Area/District Managers, Customer Team Managers, Merchandisers, Sales Force, Trade Marketing Field, and Category Management will be essential. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the FMCG segment, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. Demonstrable experience in managing complex teams and fluency in English are also required.
