Business Development

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR heads, and finance teams.
  • Conduct client presentations, risk assessments, and renewal negotiations.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Channel Management

  • Collaborate with brokers, corporate agents, and affinity partners to expand reach.
  • Monitor channel performance and ensure alignment with business goals.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of corporate sales executives or relationship managers.
  • Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives.
