Area Sales Manager - Cattle Feed

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Heritage Nutrivet, you will be responsible for daily visiting village-level retail outlets to build awareness among farmers about Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements, and Veterinary Medicines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building awareness and ensuring the use of Cattle Feed & Feed Supplements with farmers. - Evaluating the potential of Cattle Feed & Feed Supplements in the allocated Units Territory. - Conducting 4 P Analysis (Product, Price, Place & Promotion). - Monitoring sales of Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements & Veterinary Medicines in the allocated Units Territory. - Analyzing the ratio of Milk Procurement Vs Feed & Feed Supplements and seasonal sales variations. - Developing marketing strategies to increase the Market Share of HNL in CF, FS & VM Sales. - Engaging potential distributors district-wise, dealers Mandal/Taluk wise, sub-dealers/Retailers area-wise to achieve budgeted targets. - Undertaking any other job assigned by the Management. Key Skills required for this role include: - Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a challenging environment. - Good communication skills in the local language. - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. - Excellent convincing and rapport-building skills with Farmers, Farm Owners & Village level Milk collection agents.
