Area Sales Manager - Cattle Feed

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Heritage Nutrivet Ltd, your role will involve visiting village level retail outlets to build awareness among farmers about Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements, and Veterinary Medicines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building awareness and encouraging farmers to use Cattle Feed & Feed Supplements - Evaluating the potential of Cattle Feed & Feed Supplements in the allocated territory - Conducting 4 P Analysis (Product, Price, Place & Promotion) - Monitoring sales of Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements, and Veterinary Medicines in the allocated territory - Analyzing the ratio of Milk Procurement Vs Feed & Feed Supplements - Performing Seasonal Variation of Sales Analysis and identifying factors affecting purchase decisions of farmers & agents - Developing marketing strategies to increase the market share of HNL in Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements & Veterinary Medicines Sales - Identifying and engaging potential distributors at district, mandal/taluk, and retailer levels to achieve budgeted targets - Handling any other tasks assigned by the management Key Qualifications: - Ability to adapt and work analytically in a challenging environment - Good communication skills in the local language - Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities - Proficient in building rapport with farmers, farm owners, and village-level milk collection agents Note: Candidates with experience in FMCG Sales and Marketing are also welcome to apply as training will be provided for deployment to relevant locations.
