Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets and collections, while also monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement. Market Analysis: Identify and report on potential revenue streams and customer needs, contributing to the overall sales strategy. Channel Partner Management: Manage existing and build new dealer networks, ensuring their effectiveness and compliance. Problem Solving: Proactively resolve customer service issues and channel conflicts, ensuring smooth operations. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights into market conditions and sales performance. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the steel or cement industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
